RETAIL/STORE POLICIES
1. Love our jewelry
Wear our jewelry with tender loving care;
most of our pieces are handmade and
delicate. Please remember when purchasing
multiple bracelet sets ~untie the ribbon,
put each strand on one at a time. If you try
to put the entire set on at once it might
break or get damaged.
2. Variations
Slight variations in appearance, color and
texture may occur from one piece to another.
3. PRODUCT CARE
Your jewelry may get darker with time,
however it should not tarnish. Wipe clean
with a soft cloth . Never take jewelry into
salt water, and remove when using any harsh
chemicals or cleaning supplies. Please do
not use polish or polishing cloths on our
jewelry, after all this is costume jewelry
which has been plated, if you try to polish
it will wear away the plating.
4. Sale terms
All orders must be prepaid by Credit card,
bank check, money order or wire transfer,
before any merchandise is shipped out.
5. Lead time
Please allow time for shipping,
approximately 2-4 weeks, of course we will
ship as quickly as possible. We can offer
more accurate information when your order is
placed.
6. Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7
days of delivery as long as it is new
(unworn ) condition. Shipping and handling
fees are non refundable. Please INSURE your
package, we can not issue an exchange or
credit if your package is lost or damaged
due to shipping.
If you wish to return or exchange an item,
please e-mail or call us before sending the
item back. You must obtain a Return
Authorization number (RA#) before you can
return an item. Please enclose a copy of the
invoice and write the RA number along with a
brief description of the reason for your
return or exchange. All returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted
if:
• It is 7 days passed the original date of
the invoice.
• There is no Return Authorization number
(RA#) issued.
• If the item is worn, soiled, laundered,
used and/or is not in new condition.
• Any tags are missing.
Some returns are subject to Store Credit
only.
