My Item Arrived Damaged! What Do I Do?
We want your experience to be a “charming”one , so if your item arrives damaged or broken we will replace it. Period. no questions.
We ask that you retain all product and packaging for inspection by our carrier, and your claim must be made within 24 hours from the time the item is received.
